So nice we had to celebrate it twice! On October 3rd we celebrated the 6 year anniversary of the Liquid Sound Lounge a second time (see below) afloat the party boat Half Moon. The LSL party people circled Manhatten catching such lovely views as a sparkling Lady Liberty and the dazzling Financial District skyline up close. After floating by WBAI's relatively new digs at 120 Wall Street, fireworks were seen at the South Street Sea Port to the delight of all aboard.

~ 6 YEAR ANNIVERSARY ~

Liquid Sound Lounge joined Turntables on the Hudson at the Chelsea Piers for a live broadcast and party celebrating the 6th year anniversary of the radio show on NYC's WBAI 99.5fm. The sunset soiree had 1,000 people jumping, pumping and dancing to the beats of DJs Jeannie Hopper, Nickodemus and Mariano. "Can't you see the sunshine through the rain?"...you'd know what we mean if you were there. The party broadcast live during Jeannie's regular radio show (Saturdays 6-9pm). Don't miss the upcoming parties for 2000!
